I think the wind is going out of the
It is my observation that Apple made exceptional products (I owned an APPLE II+), then it stumbled (remember the Apple III and the Lisa?), bounced back somewhat (with the MAC), and then just about disappeared from the face of the earth. Then the pattern started over again.
More recently, Apple’s customers drooled over the iPod, iPhone, and i[whatever]. Their expectations are lofty, and they paid top dollar to own the neatest gizmo to show off to their peers. But the latest offerings from Apple don’t impress everyone. Who wants to enclose a sleek iPhone in a case (in order to avoid dropping calls)? And who wants to jailbreak their device to give it the bells & whistles enjoyed by the competition?
I predict Apple will lose momentum in the market place.
