AMAZON.COM and TIGERDIRECT.COM
When I need a new gadget, such as a GPS, my first stop is Amazon.com. I find they often have the lowest prices or are within pennies of the lowest price. For computer parts, I usually end up at TigerDirect.com. TigerDirect seems to have the lowest prices for items not sold on Amazon.com, and sometimes for things that are. I've not had a problem yet with an order from either of these companies and they both ship right away. One thing I have come to appreciate about TigerDirect is having my order history online. I had a UPS fail once under warranty and I needed a copy of my invoice to validate my warranty. It was easy to browse my orders on TigerDirect and print the invoice I needed. Both of these companies get a thumbs up from me.

Another really good vendor for computer parts is http://www.newegg.com. Highly recommended.
Also, a huge number of vendors are rated and reviewed by customers at http://www.resellerratings.com. It's a good place to check before purchasing from a new online store.
