THEY MADE IT RIGHT

I got a phone call the other day from a company I had done business with months earlier. They wanted to know if I was happy with their service. I wasn't. Their prices were good, but one small part of my order never shipped. I had decided not to do business with them again. When I shared my experience, they said they would make it right. And they did. It turns out they terminated the salesman I had dealt with, after learning of a number of "issues" their customers had dealing with him. What impressed me is that after learning of some problems, they took the step to call their customers and make it right. So I changed my mind -- I'll do business with them again afterall.
